About the event
The second in a series of three with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, showcasing works by Ralph Vaughan Williams in his 150th year alongside those of his mentor: the younger, French composer, Maurice Ravel.
The City of London Choir will perform Vaughan Williams’ Benedicite and Five Mystical Songs.
The programme also features Ravel’s exquisite and jazz-infused Piano Concerto in G with the critically acclaimed Welsh pianist, Llŷr Williams.
