Membership matters

New Membership Secretary Jen Withington knows a thing or two about choir membership: she has loved singing soprano with the City of London Choir for 31 years and considers Monday evenings one of the highlights of her week. She says that though she has lived in various parts of the UK and tried several other choirs for size, they’ve never quite measured up to CLC. Already a trustee, she is looking forward to combining her Social Secretary role with Membership and feels it will be a naturally symbiotic relationship.

Outside CLC, Jen works as the Schools Coordinator and Friends Administrator for Ensemble Reza, a Sussex-based chamber orchestra. Alongside all things musical, she loves running with her cockapoo, baking and long family walks with her husband and three daughters in the South Downs.
