Requiems and new collaborations

We were thrilled last season to perform in the stunning chapel of King's College Cambridge for the first time, under the baton of our Musical Director Daniel Hyde. A year that had begun with the Mozart Requiem (in both Cadogan Hall and the Royal Festival Hall) was rounded off with Verdi's Requiem, performed with the BBC Concert Orchestra and the choral scholars of King's College and broadcast on BBC Radio 3. In another first, the choir also had the pleasure of being conducted by the legendary Sir John Rutter in a performance of Fauré's Requiem with the RPO during Summer Music in City Churches. We are looking forward to building on these exciting new relationships, and to more collaborations with outstanding young singers from King's in the new season - watch this space for more details.
